Rev. Ana Paula da Nova is a Spiritual Minister and Holistic

Life Coach. She has studied various modalities over

the past decade such as Metaphysics, Reiki, Psychotherapy,

Colour Therapy and Hypnosis  Currently, she is working towards

her Ph.D. in  Metaphysics. Ana has taught at the Learning

Annex, Shouters N.E.S.B.F., North York School Board and

in her private practice. She is also an inspirational speaker, teacher and mentor

for an Entreprenurial HRDC Youth Start Up Program, 

and celebrant at The Toronto Wedding Chapel.

Ana Paula specializes in helping those who live with or have

survived abuse as well as people that are preparing or going

through changes in their life, through counseling and self

rediscovery.  Using spirituality and personal experience, she

approaches all that she does from a place of intuitive vision,

empathy and humour, serving all people.  She has created the Light Journey Meditation CD and "Time Passages" Regression on CD. Paula was featured in "The Past Life Story" (a Hiltz Squared Production),  3D Connects on OMNI,"Style by Jury" and "Groomed"on the Women's Network. She has had write-ups in the Beach Metro Community News, Omega Source Magazine, Pride, Share and New Directions Magazine and she writes the Horoscopes for Girls Can Do Anything Magazine.
